AMIBOUFF offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE
Return or exchange your purchase in person at any one of our AMIBOUFF dealer. Please bring your original invoice with you. Consult our store locator to find a AMIBOUFF dealer near you. It’s preferable to return your merchandise to the same dealer where you bought it. You will receive your refund at the same time.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
14 DAYS:
All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 calendar days after the merchandise was bought.
DOCUMENTATION:
Your receipt must accompany your returned item(s) in order to process your refund.
GOOD CONDITION:
All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in an unworn condition before they can be accepted for a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We do not accept returns on merchandise sold such as: litter, toy, foods and accessory for the birds, fish and another rodent and special custom orders.

Billing Policy
Currency
All funds must be payable in Canadian (CND dollars) only. We do not accept foreign currencies. If you whish a conversion of yours devise will be made by your bank at the daily rate in force.
Credit Card Payment
AMIBOUFF accept payment by VISA and MasterCard.
If you join one of our services by electronic process, we will take your first name, last name, complete address, phone number and your e-mail.
You will be escorted to our secure payment service to make your purchases in full security on our transaction server.
You will receive an authorization number for the transaction and a statement will be send by e-mail.
